About The Restaurant
Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest joined the brand of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in 2019 and revives the vibrant atmosphere of the early 20th century. The magnificently renewed space of the iconic passage became home to the hotel’s restaurant, the Párisi Passage Café & Brasserie. By day the restaurant evokes the atmosphere of bustling cafés from the turn of the century, by evening transforming into a lively bar
Convenient location in the bustling city center on the Pest side, surrounded by iconic sites. Párisi Passage Café & Brasserie is designed and inspired by many aspects of Budapest’s culture: from the architecture with its mixed geometry and distinct green Zsolnay tiles, through the majestic Danube flowing nearby, to the avantgarde spirit of the Hungarian artists of 1900s Paris.
In our restaurant we endeavor to use local products. Our supplier delivers homemade cheese according to authentic family recipes. Honeycomb is the most natural form of honey consumption which is provided by a collaborator from Székesfehérvár. In the morning hours we receive freshly baked yeast-free bread made from quality ingredients. The famous Hungarian mangalica ham comes from the best breeder of the Danube Bend, while the true gastronomic delicacy the quail is from the Villány region. The premium Hungarian gray products are from Baja. The taste of the meat is unique due to the aroma of herbs and spices found on the property.
We have created new ways to serve our revived dishes to make sure that everyone can find their calculations, whether our guests would like to taste notable meat or remarkable vegetarian dishes. Many of our menu offers are made with honey of the highest quality. Our executive chef László Papdi guarantees excellent cuisine. Foie gras brioche, homemade truffle Agnolotti and the Parisi cube are just a few examples of his specialty. To see our delightful selection click the button above.
