Member of the Bocuse d’Or Academy, with 30 years of experience – he is our executive chef, Lajos Lutz, in Párisi Passage Café & Brasserie. He is definitely a key figure in the Hungarian gastronomy, with signature dishes one cannot forget. Throughout the years, his name became one with a number of classics, and we want to share these delicacies with you too!

Crispy Duck Leg with Cabbage Pasta – “The cabbage pasta can be an exciting side dish; it goes well with the duck leg. Beef Stew with Dumplings – “ What makes this beef stew so good? Lajos prepares this dish from one of the best parts of the beef. He adds red wine to make it juicy. Poppyseed Sponge Cake with Vanilla Sauce – “The Poppyseed sponge cake of Lajos was love at first sight. It’s a true traditional dessert, prepared with professionalism and creativity.
