Lajos Lutz, Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest and Párisi Passage Café & Brasserie's Executive Chef
With over 30 years of professional experience, Lajos Lutz has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest and Párisi Passage Café & Brasserie, as of July.
The Executive Chef is a member of the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy and has played a major role in Hungarian gastronomy over the years by gracing the kitchens of Mágnáskert, Gundel when operated by Kálmán Kalla, Pierrot as well as 21 A Magyar Vendéglő.
“I am filled with visions and excitement as I begin this journey. Satisfying the demands of a hotel is a serious challenge, but Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest is one of the city’s most iconic buildings. I am delighted to be here and I cannot wait for the restaurant to open its doors once again.” said Lajos Lutz.
Párisi Passage Brasserie will once again welcome its guests from Wednesday the 8th of July. The Executive Chef and his talented team’s dishes can be tasted from this Wednesday onwards.
